How long does a custom logo take?
Most clients see their first round of concepts within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the package. From there it depends on how many refinement rounds you want. A typical project wraps up within one to two weeks, and you set the pace.
Can you redesign or refresh a logo I already have?
Yes. Send us your current logo and tell us what is working and what isn't. We can modernise it while keeping the recognition you have built, or start fresh if the old mark is holding you back.
Will my logo be unique?
Every concept is drawn for your brief from a blank canvas. We do not use templates, clip art or stock icons, and we check finished work against existing marks in your industry before we hand it over.
Can I ask for more than one concept?
Every package includes several concepts, from four on Basic to unlimited on Business Plus and Enterprise. If you want another direction later, you can add an extra concept at checkout or at any point during the project.
What happens if I don't like any of the concepts?
Tell us what feels off and we go back to the drawing board with that feedback. If we still cannot get it right, our money-back guarantee applies under the terms on our guarantee page.
Do you offer branding beyond the logo?
Yes. Larger logo packages include stationery, social graphics and brochures, and our Branding service covers color systems, typography, brand guidelines and packaging.
Will I get color and black-and-white versions?
Always. You receive full-color, single-color, black and white versions so your logo works on any background, from a dark website header to a one-color stamp.
